Terms of Service

Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping is 2-3 days unless it the item is not ready yet which will be clearly marked in the item's description. In that situation 1-2 weeks is needed to handmake an item and ship.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 5-10 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-3 weeks
Asia Pacific: 2-3 weeks
Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-3 weeks
North Africa and the Middle East: 2-3 weeks
Sub-Saharan Africa: 2-3 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.


Returns & exchanges

I accept returns only if the item looks different from the pictures in the ad.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
